Country Manager
TradeTracker is the Dutch market leader in ‘online performance marketing’ and is aiming at the market leader position in the United Kingdom. Performance based marketing is an Internet-based marketing practice in which a network of websites (affiliates) is used to drive traffic to a client website, the client rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor, lead or sale generated by the affiliate's marketing efforts. TradeTracker (United Kingdom) provides a software platform for online performance marketing. It helps clients, track and analyze website traffic, and e-commerce transactions. Its value proposition is designed to improve customers’ online marketing performance by increasing online sales and improved profitability.
The Country Manager will be responsible for growing the UK business and leading the UK operations including the sales, marketing, consulting and training functions. As part of the Senior Management team in the United Kingdom, the Country Manager will contribute to the overall strategy and leadership of the business.
The role will involve:
- Develop and implement the strategy to ensure that TradeTracker (United Kingdom) achieves its business objectives and financial targets
- Deliver significant revenue growth and profitability
- Build strong, long-term client relationships with new and existing customers and develop the go-to-market sales and marketing strategy
- Lead the business planning and the overall direction of the UK business
- Support the sales function to develop a strong sales pipeline of revenue generating opportunities, assist with major bid reviews and engage with clients at the highest levels
- Grow the brand in the UK
Personal specification/skills required:
- Sales driven general management experience with a performance record of growth and proven ability to successfully deliver revenue targets within an online/e-commerce environment
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas/budgets in business
- A creative manager with a proven track record of driving double-digit year-on-year growth with experience of building a high performance, solution selling culture
- An inspirational, respected and people manager, who will build the UK organization and motivate and ensure every team member contributes to delivering results
- Significant experience of scaling a fast growing technology business and achieving targets against revenue growth, profitability, market penetration and share and customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships in the B2B market, with a highly consultative, advisory, solution selling style
