Sales Manager
TradeTracker is looking for an ambitious, bright, enthusiastic professional who can demonstrate initiative, self motivation and desire to succeed in this fast paced and challenging role. TradeTracker is the Dutch market leader in ‘online performance advertising’ and is aiming at the market leader position in the United Kingdom.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for growing revenue streams across the united kingdom. You must be a self-motivated individual whose strength is to establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. This is a hands-on role with the potential to build up a small team and also develop sales for an exciting range of products primarily via the phone but also in person. You will be responsible for securing and developing new business in the United Kingdom. Based at our Bristol offices, you will follow up on information request as well as self generated leads with senior decision makers within the market.To be considered you will need a proven track record gained within a competitive new business focused, business to business environment. Previous experience gained within affiliate marketing would be beneficial but is not essential. You should have experience in online advertising and marketing. Well trained, you will be an excellent rapport builder and possess strong negotiation and closing skills.

The role will involve:
- Knowledge of online marketing and advertising, preferably affiliate marketing, though not essential
- Consultative sales experience
- Personable candidate who demonstrates outstanding enthusiasm and relationship-building skills
- Management experience a distinct advantage

- Excellent verbal communication skills with good telephone manner and face-to-face presentation skills
- A good team player
- Dynamic problem solver
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, and work under pressure
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong focus on customer service
- Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
