TradeTracker Finland acquires Advanced Media's affiliate network

TradeTracker, which has risen to be Finland's largest affiliate marketing network in less than a year, has acquired the affiliate network business of Advanced Media. TradeTracker Finland's country manager Lauri Sommarberg says: "We're already the biggest in Finland but that's not enough for TradeTracker - we want to be even bigger. We are excited to receive a large number of new advertisers and affiliates through this acquisition. These clients will now have the opportunity to benefit from TradeTracker's superior software, from the more accurate and SEO-friendly linking technology and from our better service." Advanced Media's partner Samuel Hovi comments: "Our affiliate network business has grown extremely well but TradeTracker made an offer we couldn't reject. I will initially stay on to make sure that the transfer to TradeTracker's software will go smoothly. It's also great to see how positively our advertisers and affiliates have reacted to the news of us joining TradeTracker." TradeTracker International was founded in 2005 and has offices in UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Sweden, Poland and Hungary. Several new offices will be opened this year. TradeTracker’s key features have resulted in an advertiser portfolio of more than 2,200 performance based marketing programmes across its territories, creating successful online results for clients such as Thomas Cook, Expedia, Dixons, TUI and 3 Mobile. Advanced Media started a new affiliate network in Finland a year ago. In addition to this Advanced Media does email marketing and lead generation through surveys.
